A hearty round of congratulations to studio students Miranda Ford and Mackenzie Rich who took first and third place, respectively, at this year’s Chaffey Joint Union District Solofest. We are very proud of these accomplished young artists!

Mark your calendars! The Alpert Studio 2011 Winter Recital will be held on Saturday, December 3 at 5:00 p.m. All voice and violin students are required to participate. Recital Rehearsal (with piano) will be held on Friday, December 2nd in the late afternoon. Rehearsal time slots will be assigned at your most convenient option possible. [...]

Kudos to Alpert Studio violinist Jessica Chao on her participation in the Redlands Community School of Music and the Arts first annual string competition, recently held at the University of Redlands. Jessica’s performances of Vivaldi and Dvorak took first place in the Junior Division of the competition. Congratulations to the Chao family for their accomplishment!
